Patrick Kniss

Patrick is an architectural designer who brings a detail-oriented rigour and refined design sense to each project, and acts as a vital member of MJMA’s Interiors Architecture team. With specializations that include furniture, fixtures, and equipment, as well as expertise in spatial dynamics, detailing, and materials, he focuses on producing high-use and flexible spaces that enhance program opportunities and bring people together. With experience that also includes working as an architectural designer, he is especially astute at assessing and meeting the expectations and working processes of clients. Patrick joined MJMA in 2005, after working at firms in Chicago and Maryland. He has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., a Master of Architecture from the University of Toronto, and a Master of Spatial Analysis from Toronto Metropolitan University.
