Situated on Toronto’s central waterfront, the Harbourfront Centre is a major civic and community destination that runs year-round cultural, educational, and recreational programming. With the existing outdoor ice-pad coming to the end of its life, Harbourfront Centre engaged MJMA to revitalize the outdoor plaza.
