"What drew me to MJMA is the firm’s focus on recreation, and the creation of exceptional spaces for leisure and wellness activities."

Patrick joined MJMA’s architectural research and design team in 2005, with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., and a Master of Architecture from the University of Toronto; he has since gone on to obtain his Master of Spatial Analysis from Ryerson University as well. Patrick’s contributions to MJMA’s recreation centres and community projects are also informed by prior professional experience working at Perkins+Will Chicago, where he was involved in large-scale institutional projects at the competition stage. In his remaining time, Patrick is a board member and bonspiel coordinator for the Leaside Curling Club, and volunteers his time performing geographic analyses for local community groups.
