"I pursued a career in architecture because I was drawn to the idea of creating spaces that could tap into one’s emotions — spaces of joy and pleasure, or spaces that inspire thought and introspection."

Before joining MJMA in 2015, Nick obtained a Master of Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from the Harvard Graduate School of Design. This was followed by time gaining professional experience as an architectural designer at a number of architectural firms, as an urban designer at SOM, and as the digital design and fabrication project manager for Maya Lin Studio in New York. In his free time, Nick explores the interplay between perception and the qualities of space through experiential installations developed for public areas.
