Melanie wears many hats at MJMA. She is a Communications & Engagement Specialist – working towards her certification in Public Participation (IAP2), and a co-lead of MJMA's 'IDEA' Group. Melanie is passionate about uncovering the unique stories of the communities our projects serve. She undertakes rigorous research and analyses of the cultural and physical contexts of each project to develop a team of consultants and collaborators that will best serve the project's needs and goals.
