"Every design project is another opportunity to find better answers to the challenges that we all face as a society. The best part of my job is having the opportunity to propose design solutions that can make a difference to a community. "
Jeanne, who holds a Bachelor of Architectural Studies and a Bachelor of Environmental Science, both from the University of Waterloo, has been instrumental in furthering MJMA’s architecture and community engagement goals since 1997. She joined MJMA following time at Bing Thom Architects in Vancouver (now Revery Architecture), and Oleson Worland Architects and Kearns Mancini Architects in Toronto. Her attention to detail, technical aptitude, and construction knowledge has resulted in numerous national design awards, and the satisfaction of her clients, providing design solutions in alignment with their vision and values. In the past, Jeanne has also volunteered her time to the Fern Parent School Council and Ferncliff Daycare Board. As an environmental and architectural designer, Jeanne has contributed to over a dozen MJMA recreation and community centres across the province, including Toronto’s Regent Park Aquatic Centre, the South Oshawa Community Centre, and the Brampton Soccer Centre.
