"The best thing about working for MJMA is the people, and their excitement towards every project that we work on. "

Francesca joined MJMA in 2018 with a Bachelor of Architectural Science from Ottawa’s Carleton University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Toronto—her education later augmented by Certified Passive House Designer accreditation. This joins the years of national and international experience Francesca brings to MJMA, after having worked at HCMA Architecture + Design in British Columbia, Kearns Mancini Architects and Denegri Bessai Studio in Toronto, and WOW Architects in Singapore. Francesca’s focus on sustainability and social causes led her to work on Passive House, and to volunteer rebuilding schools in Bosnia. She has also served as a mentor for the RAIC Syllabus program in B.C., and led the Daniels Faculty’s Global Architecture program exhibition during her Masters studies.
