Timothy Lai

A key member of our design team and a talented visual storyteller, Tim seeks to meet and surpass each client’s ambitions for every project. Focused on carrying the design vision through all stages of design and construction, Tim is especially attentive to the contextual constraints and opportunities each project presents. His aim is to create architecture that speaks to its community, supports wellness and social connection, and is built to last. Tim obtained a Bachelor of Architectural Science from Toronto Metropolitan University before working in Toronto studios, including MJMA. He rejoined us in 2021 after completing a Master of Architecture at the University of Toronto.
