Raymond Gao

IT Specialist

Ray is MJMA’s lead for digital and tech operations. Valued by all in the studio for his extensive expertise and natural affability, he constantly seeks ways to improve the coordination and overall efficiency of our practices. He enjoys troubleshooting, meeting challenges (including cybersecurity), and helping staff explore the ways new tech can open creative possibilities. Ray obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Science in political science and contemporary Asian studies from the University of Toronto, after which he received his CompTIA A+ certification. Before joining MJMA in 2020, he worked for IT-related businesses and as an IT specialist in Toronto.
