Director of Finance and Operations | CPA

 As MJMA’s Director of Finance and Operations, Majalia has built a strong team that supports all finance-related aspects of our studio and practice. With over 20 years’ experience working in finance and the building industries, she oversees accounting operations and applies her deep expertise to budgeting and forecasting, reporting, and internal control and oversight. Majalia has also brought her talents for efficiency and strategic thinking to developing and refining our firm’s business planning as well as our financial processes and systems. She is instrumental in ensuring all senior staff remain aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Majalia is dedicated to helping our practice thrive while maintaining its core values, including its culture of collegiality, and she is proud to contribute to the development of sustainable design and community spaces.

Majalia joined MJMA in 2019. She has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from De La Salle University in Manila, which was followed by 15 years working in finance for accounting and construction at firms in the Philippines, the UAE, and Canada.
