Conestoga College Guelph Campus

The Conestoga Guelph Campus project rebrands Conestoga College, giving it a strong urban presence and modern city campus identity. An interior, adaptive-reuse renovation, the design transforms a 10-storey former commercial office building into a complete vertical campus, housing classrooms, student social spaces, a library, fitness and wellness facilities, and faculty/staff areas. Also crucial to the project’s purpose is its Student Square, which foregrounds the College’s commitments to thoughtful, sustainable design and community engagement. As a welcoming civic forecourt and social heart for the new campus, the square is a vibrant outdoor living room that both supports daily campus life and strengthens connections to the surrounding city.
