Andrew Ashbury
M.ARCH
With experience in both engineering and architecture, Andrew is adept in the design and coordination of technically challenging projects. He has contributed to some of MJMA’s most forward-looking sustainability initiatives, including mass timber structures. Believing that the issue of embodied carbon should now inform every decision, he approached each project with a focus on rethinking the status quo when it comes to sustainability. Andrew has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, a Bachelor of Architectural Studies from the University of Waterloo, and a Master of Architecture from McGill. Before joining MJMA in 2022, he worked in both engineering and architecture in Canada and abroad.
